Personalizing your Website

1. Log in to thirtyonetoday.com using your consultant ID and password
2. Click on “My Profile” at the top under “Welcome, (your name)”
3. Click on “View Profile In Virtual Office”
4. Click on the “My Website Information Tab” and then “Personalize”
5. Update with your information!

Setting Up Direct Deposit

(you might have done this when you enrolled)

5. Update with your banking information

Creating a Facebook Group

Setting up a place on Facebook for your business can be extremely helpful! It will help you grow your customer base, find new hostesses and share products! They are easy to create by following the steps below:

1. Log into facebook.com with your regular log in information.
2. On the left hand side of your news feed you will see several categories, when you see “Groups” click on “Create Group” which should be your last option under this category
3. Fill out the required information… Make sure your Group Name DOES NOT include Thirty-One or 31!
4. Select “Closed” as your privacy option.
5. Click “Create” and then you will be prompted to select an icon.
6. You’ve created your group! Be sure to send out personal messages ASKING your friends and family members to join your group! But, please avoid adding without asking and do not add everyone you’ve ever met. You do not want to be spammy.
7. You can upload a Cover Page for your group by clicking the image icon on the top right hand side of your group. Note: you might only be able to do this from a computer and not a tablet or smartphone.

Creating an Event on Facebook for a Party

Creating a Facebook Event for your parties is a great way to help the hostess invite friends, show off products and collect orders from friends that cannot attend the party.

1. Log into Facebook.com
2. Click on “Events” on the left hand side of your news feed.
3. Click on “+Create Event” on the top of the page.
4. Fill Out the required information –  make sure your create a private event.
5. Click on “Add Event Photo” to add a cover photo for the party. (Facebook cover photos can be found in our dropbox account in the “Monthly Specials” folder.)
6. Once you’ve updated a cover photo click on the icon located below the cover photo that looks like a gear and select “Edit Hosts” – add your hostess so she can invite her friends to the event – you must be friends with her on Facebook to do this!
